The Technical Training service involves pre-defined or customized training programs designed to help your organization's teams enhance their understanding of AWS services, best practices, and the latest trends in cloud computing. These training sessions can be pre-defined, or tailored to your specific needs, skill levels, and objectives, focusing on areas such as AWS fundamentals, cost optimization, security, and developer experience.
I offer live, instructor-led sessions conducted via video conferencing, which can be purchased from a list of pre-defined courses, or can be customized to your organization. Additionally, I offer pre-recorded video lectures and tutorials accessible on-demand.
The process for customizing the training program includes consultation with your organization to understand its needs, objectives, and existing skill levels, assessment of your current AWS environment and potential areas for improvement, and development of a customized training curriculum and agenda.
Training durations can range from half-day, full-day, to multiple-day sessions, depending on your requirements, availability, and preferred pace. Post-training, your team will have access to all training materials, recordings, and resources for up to one year, with follow-up consultations or check-ins available to review progress and address any questions or concerns. Additionally, clients who purchased a live, instructor-led training receive 30 days of post-training support for questions regarding the topics covered in the training.
For live, instructor-led trainings, there's a limit of 10 attendants per session. Larger groups should be split across multiple sessions of the same training, which are offered at a 20% discount for pre-defined trainings and 40% discount for customized trainings.

I talk to everyone relevant in your organization to understand its needs, objectives, and existing skill levels, assess your current AWS environment, and develop a customized training curriculum and agenda based on the most relevant topics and technologies, and on the most important knowledge and skill gaps. You review and approve this curriculum, I develop custom training materials as needed, and deliver the training.
