As a result of this service I deliver detailed diagrams, documentation, and recommendations for the designed solution, along with a roadmap for implementation that includes prioritized steps and milestones. With my focus on simplicity and effectiveness, you can enjoy a cloud solution that is easy to understand and maintain, enabling you to save time and resources, and focus on your core business.

For clients who require assistance with the implementation of the solution, I offer an optional Implementation add-on service. This ensures a smoother and faster process, reduced risk of errors, and the assurance that best practices will be followed. After the fact, clients can contract the optional ongoing support add-on service, which will help ensure the solution stays on top of changing requirements and supports your growth.
This is an optional add-on to the Cloud Solution Design service. You are free to use your internal teams or other resources for implementation if you prefer. The cost and length of the implementation will depend on the complexity of the solution.

The Cloud Solution Design service includes understanding and documenting your requirements, analyzing your existing infrastructure (if any), designing a custom cloud architecture, delivering detailed diagrams and documentation, and providing a roadmap for implementation. The process includes multiple design iterations based on your feedback and a final presentation to address any questions or concerns.
Implementation and ongoing support are offered as optional add-ons. Implementation support is priced at $100 per estimated hour of work. Ongoing maintenance and support packages are available at different levels, starting from $750/month for basic support up to customized enterprise-level support. All Cloud Solution Design plans include Basic Support for a specified number of days after final delivery of the design, at no extra cost.
The ongoing support included in all packages corresponds to the Basic Support plan, which includes up to 5 hours of support per month for email support with a 48-hour response time during business hours. The Cloud Solution Design service includes multiple iterations based on your feedback and a final presentation to address any questions or concerns. In my experience that is enough to clarify any and all doubts regarding the solution. The ongoing support is included in all plans in case there were any lingering doubts or questions.
The collaboration process starts with an initial consultation to discuss the project scope, gather and document your initial requirements, understand your needs and concerns, and establish a timeline for deliverables. Throughout the design process, I provide regular progress updates to you. I perform multiple design iterations and revisions based on your feedback, before presenting the final solution design and addressing any remaining questions or concerns.
Ongoing support includes regular check-ins, advice, and guidance on best practices, cost optimization, security, and developer experience. It also covers addressing questions or issues related to the solution, its operation and maintenance, and providing assistance in staying up-to-date with the latest AWS services, features, and industry trends.
Ongoing support is provided through email and/or designated channels in Slack or Discord, with video conferences available upon request. Responses to your inquiries are given within the specified response time for each support level. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM UTC -3, and do not include weekends or previously specified holidays or special dates. Responses outside business hours are offered on business days outside regular business hours and on weekends, but will not be offered on previously specified holidays or special dates.
Ongoing support does not include implementation of the designed solution, which is available as a separate add-on service. Furthermore, it does not include implementation of resulting recommendations, which can be contracted separately. Support is limited to your AWS environment and does not cover other cloud platforms, non-AWS technologies, or third-party tools and integrations, unless explicitly agreed upon, even if they are considered part of the solution. Emergency support is not included, nor support outside the specified hours for your contracted support level.

The only way in which you will be completely satisfied is if the architecture design meets all your requirements and needs, and you have a complete understanding of the solution.
